All the products of the company are on sale, we also ship anywhere in Italy and abroad, both to private customers and place of business.Stibbio's name derives from the land surrounding the farmhouse, they share a smooth yet precise profile. With a Sangiovese-based blend and a high concentration of Caberne, the wine maturation requires a 12 to 18 month aging period inside a barrique barrel. The aging continues in a cask for 12 months, without being subjected to any filtration and lastly continues in a bottle for 8 months in a room not exposed to light. This bright red wine presents hints of red berry fruit blending elegantly with the slightly toasted oak aroma. A strong wine with a long-lasting aftertaste. Excellent pairing with fatty meat, pork, lamb, roast, beef stew or aged cheese.
